It has been the 500 Festival’s honor to include the Wacky Wheeler as one of our units in the IPL 500 Festival Parade. His entertaining and energetic performance was always a crowd pleaser! He created fun-filled experiences and life-long memories for all of our Parade spectators.

The Wacky Wheeler’s performance material was always fresh and upbeat year after year. The ultimate goal for the Parade is to leave the crowd with an unforgettable experience and looking forward to the next year’s event. Wacky Wheeler certainly added to that experience and always left the crowd wanting more.
